Dear Suzuki team, need to know if there are issues with after sales service and spares. I have been listening to a bunch of folks who own Suzuki motorcycles and are facing issues with getting spares!! Why is it so? This is making a decision to buy your motorcycles a lot dicier.

Very good bike. I m owning since last 2 years and clocked 13k. Challenges faced 1) After first ride of 300km Mumbai Pune there was engine oil linkage from engine head. Simran Suzuki fixed this. 2) After around 6 k campshaft issue I faced which is replaced by service centre it took them 4-5 days because part was not available. This was not expected from Suzuki like Brand. 2 years passed but there are no updates like 1) Slip and assist clutch 2) Center stand much needed 3) Low end torque is weak which needs to be improved. D) New graphics to attract new buyers
